Quotes are based on the specifications you provide and are valid for the period stated. Online orders are placed from the product page and checkout and are priced at the price shown when you pay. Because our products are custom-made to your specification, please review all details carefully before you order and again before you approve your proof.

Prices are in US dollars. Online orders are payable in full at checkout. Quoted orders are payable as agreed in the quote, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, before production begins. Prices for quoted orders may change if your specifications, quantities or materials change. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure page. Your card number is entered there and is never seen or stored by FRS Packaging.

You are responsible for ensuring that artwork you supply is accurate and that you hold the rights to use it. After you pay, we prepare a digital proof for your approval before production.

Approving a proof is binding. When you approve it you confirm that the dimensions, text, images, colours and quantity are correct, and that you accept that the order cannot then be cancelled or refunded. We keep a record of your approval, including the date and time. Once approved, we are not liable for errors contained in the approved artwork.

Custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded once your proof is approved, except for manufacturing defects or a product that does not match the approved proof. Cancellations before that point are handled as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

As is standard in custom printing, the delivered quantity may vary from the quantity ordered by up to 10% either way, and you are charged for the quantity delivered. Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen colours and between production runs; we match your approved proof within normal printing tolerances.

Production begins once your proof is approved, and the lead time we quote runs from that date. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; see our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, and any damage must be reported within the period set out in that policy.

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, supply shortages, equipment failure, natural disasters, strikes, public health measures or government action. If such an event continues for a long time, either of us may cancel the affected order, and we will refund any amount paid for items not yet produced.

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos and images - is owned by FRS Packaging or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You retain ownership of the artwork and brand assets you supply to us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
