Privacy Policy

When you submit a quote or contact form we collect the details you provide - such as your name, email address, phone number, country and the specifications of the packaging you need.

When you create an account or place an order we also collect your name, email, company and phone number, your delivery and billing addresses, the contents and value of your order, the artwork files you upload, and a record of the Terms you accepted (with the date and your IP address). Your password is stored only as a salted hash, never in readable form. We do not see or store your card number: payment details are entered on Stripe's page.

We also collect basic technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

We use your information to prepare and send quotes, take payment, produce and ship orders, provide design support and customer service, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve our products and website. We send order-related emails (confirmation, proofs, shipping, receipts). We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

We share information with these providers only as needed to run the service:

• Stripe processes card and other payments, and may calculate sales tax.
• Our email provider sends order and account emails and quote alerts.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure how the site is used and which advertising leads to orders.
• tawk.to provides the live chat on this website.
• Shipping carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Our hosting and database providers store the data described here.

We use a small number of cookies to operate the shop - to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Google Analytics, Google Ads and the tawk.to chat widget set their own cookies or identifiers, which you can block in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do. The site's own visit statistics do not use cookies.

FRS Packaging does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it with the service providers above, to deliver your order, or where required by law.

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal and tax obligations. As a guide: artwork files are kept for 24 months after delivery and then archived or deleted; abandoned carts are deleted after 90 days; server logs are kept for 12 months; order and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires.

We apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. If you have an account you can download your data and request deletion under My Account (we keep the financial record of past orders as the law requires). Otherwise, email info@frspackaging.com.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; to make any request, or to confirm this, email info@frspackaging.com with “California privacy request” in the subject. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
